 If we find that an item is broken during the warranty period, we can choose to give you a new one or your money back.

 This warranty doesn't cover:

 Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or changes made without permission

 Not taking care of or washing things properly

 Things bought from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers

 3. How to File a Warranty Claim

 A description of the problem

 Photos that clearly show the broken item

 We will look over your claim and tell you how to send the item back or get a new one.

 4. Solutions

 If we approve your claim, we will:

 At no cost, replace the broken item with the same or a similar one.

 Give your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) a full refund.

 5. The cost of shipping back warranty items

 Hyperonteech will pay for the return shipping of the broken item if your warranty claim is approved.
