Burger & Sausage Mix 200g from Not Just BBQ

This rub contains of herbs and spices that give flavour to your sausages and minced burgers. The paprika, onion and pepper give this mixture its unique spicy aroma. Mix well and divide evenly for nice and thick burgers. Or use a sausage maker.

Add 25g of burger and sausage mix to 1kg minced burger or sausage meat. Mix well and divide evenly to form round and thick burgers. Or put the meat in a sausage maker with your preferred sausage casing, and shape your sausages into the desired size. Put the burgers or sausages on the grill and cook to perfection.

Ingredients: Salt, paprika, onion, dried glucose syrup, pepper, tomato, mace, garlic, aroma, nutmeg, parsley, vegetable oil (rapeseed).
